We’re end-to-end, start-to-finish and always stand shoulder-to-shoulder. It’s all about people and teamwork.

Rachael Wood
Sales and Project Administrator
My primary role is to offer administrative support to the Sales and Project Delivery Teams, co-ordinating customers’ manufacturing, delivery and installation programs through our ERP system. Customers rely on me to take care of the detail – fortunately it’s one of my key strengths. Being methodical, reliable, and adaptable allows me to organise the breadth of requests and tasks involved.
I love working here because there’s a real family feel, all the team are flexible, approachable, friendly and happy to help.

Woodshop CNC Operator
My job is to make our customers’ fixtures and displays perfect! Cutting, shaping, drilling and routing all kinds of materials to meet the exact specification of the technical drawings. Quality is everything because, at the end of the day, it’s all got to come together and fit perfectly.
It’s great to get involved in such a wide variety of projects, with a great set of people. We’re all one team, we look after each other, which makes for a great working environment where there’s plenty of support to get the job done well.
Debbie Harrison
Project Manager
I started over 20 years ago as a Sales and Project Administrator and have progressed through the business to my current role as a Project Manager within the Project Delivery Team. I support our customers with their own growth plans and help them to stay ahead of their competitors.
I work closely with customers across all aspects of our PRISM process, ensuring we meet the roll-out deadlines, whether that’s for a brand new concept, or by making sure day-to-day stock inventory levels continually meet roll-out requirements. Our customers say we’re like the 4th emergency service, because when something is needed yesterday, we always go the extra mile to ensure our customers get what they need.

Welder
I’m pretty sure I’m one of the longest serving partners in the Nuttall team. I’ve seen the business evolve from a simple, metal shelving manufacturer to the diverse business we are today. I particularly enjoy working with the design team on prototypes and using my ‘nous’ and experience to ensure it’s made in the most efficient way for production.
We’re a reliable lot, and everyone’s ideas are taken into consideration – there’s plenty of good banter too, which keeps us strong and pulling together when the pressure’s on.
