Ahead of the busy 2023 peak trading period, Nuttall helped Morrisons reconfigure counter displays across 33 stores, nationwide in just SIX WEEKS.

Nuttall, the UK’s foremost specialists in retail displays and interior fit-out, worked directly with Morrisons – one of the UK’s big five supermarkets, to reconfigure their party zone and barista display areas, for the peak season.

Speed of delivery with minimal disruption to store operations was key to achieving the project objectives. Given a six-week timeframe from early November 2023 to reconfigure the stores ready for this key selling period, the project was delivered on time, on budget and to specification.

Nuttall works with a broad range of retailers and formats, from high streets and concessions to supermarkets, department stores and retail parks. To optimise project value, Nuttall utilises PRISM, its unique internal process, which comprises an ALL in-house ‘DesignMake and Fit’ proposition. Complex project management

Wayne Rigby, Key Account & Development Manager for Nuttall, led the project to help Morrisons reconfigure counter displays, working alongside several project managers, quantity surveyors, construction manager and health and safety coordinator.

Wayne commented: “Nuttall’s deep understanding and substantial experience in delivering these types of projects for large supermarket brands put us in the perfect position to manage and deploy Morrisons’ large-scale rollout and reconfiguration.
