To compete with the rise of on-line retail, Pets at Home wanted to relocate their click and collect area from the back to the front of the store. A value-engineered solution was set to be implemented just as the pandemic hit.
The concept was designed by Briggs Hillier. It blended beautifully into the current format, with material specifications standardised in line with Pets at Home’s brand guidelines.
The client really appreciated the responsive and hands-on style of project management that is a hallmark of working with Nuttall. Despite the pressures of Covid, a strong relationship, based on excellent communication and an ongoing dialogue of feedback and challenge, ensured the optimum project result.
Pets at Home was called out in the Retail press for doing well through the ‘golden quarter’ in 2020, thanks to an ability to adapt during the pandemic. We are proud to have played our part.
