When the RHS wanted to create a high-profile flagship customer experience, Nuttall delivered above and beyond. This multi-functional space incorporates indoor and outdoor retail, plus extensive café and demonstration zones all in line with a quality standard fit for HRH Prince Charles' approval.

Creating memorable customer experiences.

Our brief was all about the quality of finish and bringing a memorable customer experience concept to life in imaginative, non-standard ways. Every part of the project required ingenious thinking, bespoke design and well-engineered manufacturing solutions.

Craftsman-led approach.

Fully manufactured in the UK, the project required a 'craftsman-led' approach to deliver a multitude of specialist finishes that could also stand up to the rigours of high customer traffic, day-to-day. Standardisation played a major part in landing project costs competitively.

Multi-substrate specification.

We worked closely with the client to agree the preferred finish for joinery, metal work, acrylics and glass. This was followed by a careful sample selection process, that was regularly revisited until the look and feel was right and true to the design.

Orchestrating flawless multi-contractor implementation.

Nuttall took the Principal Contractor role on the implementation to a demanding deadline. The project was progressed from initial concept to completion in 26 weeks using a risk management traffic light system to co-ordinate all work streams and keep the client informed of progress along the way.
